Out of Stock Items - We will substitute your item for an alternative in the unlikely event that your product is out of stock, by ordering you are agreeing to these terms. If you have an item missing and no substitute has been made we will ship this out as soon as stock becomes available.

Q. HOW DO I KNOW YOUR COMPANY IS LEGIT?
A. WE HAVE MANY HAPPY CUSTOMERS AND WE HAVE BEEN GOING A LONG TIME NOW. WE HAVE HAD OUR HARD TIMES BUT WE HAVE NEVER LET YOU GUYS DOWN AND THAT WON'T EVER CHANGE.

Q. WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
A. WE SHIP DIRECTLY FROM THE UK.

Q. DO YOU SEND DISCREETLY?
A. YES, ALL ORDERS ARE SENT IN PLAIN JIFFY ENVELOPS AND CONTAIN NO INVOICE OR CONTENTS INFORMATION. OUR ITEMS WILL BE PACKED/SILENCED ACCORDINGLY. 

Q. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
A. WE HAVE NO MINIMUM ORDER, YOU ARE WELCOME TO ORDER AS LITTLE OR AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE

Q. THE PRODUCT I AM INTERESTED IN IS OUT OF STOCK WHEN WILL THIS BE BACK IN STOCK?
A. IF A SPECIFIC PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK PLEASE EMAIL US FOR AN ESTIMATED RE-STOCK DATE, 9 TIMES OUT OF 10 THE STOCK WILL BE BACK IN THE SAME WEEK BUT IF IT'S NOT WE WILL OFFER AN ALTERNATIVE FOR YOU.

Q. CAN I PRE-ORDER THE OUT OF STOCK ITEM?
A. PRE-ORDERS ARE POSSIBLE BUT ARRIVAL DATES CANNOT BE CONFIRMED UNTIL STOCK ARRIVES SO PLEASE BARE THAT IN MIND.

Q. I AM LOOKING FOR AN ITEM THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
A. IF THE PRODUCT IS NOT ON OUR WEBSITE THEN ASK US, WE WILL ALWAYS AIM TO PLEASE, SPECIFIC BRANDS MIGHT BE MORE DIFFICULT TO OBTAIN BUT ALTERNATIVES WILL BE RECOMMENDED.

Q. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

Q. HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Q. WHAT IF MY ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE/SEIZED BY CUSTOM?
A. WE DO NOT OFFER A RE-SHIP POLICY FOR ANY CUSTOMERS, UNLESS THERE ARE EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Q. MY ORDER ARRIVED BUT THE ORDER IS WRONG, WHAT HAPPENS NOW?
A. WE DOUBLE CHECK ALL ORDERS BEFORE SENDING, IN THE UNLIKELY CIRCUMSTANCE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES INCORRECT PLEASE EMAIL US AND WE WILL RESOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY FOR YOU.

Q. CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
A. NO, UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED WE CAN CANCEL IT FOR YOU BUT REFUNDS/RETURNS ARE NOT AN OPTION
